In order to set a habit, to make a change you need to take action!
It doesn't have to be massive action and an overhaul, but it needs to be something.
Like we talked about last month with gratitude - 1 minute! Take 1 minute a day and do it everyday and make it a habit.
To establish a habit you need to be consistent. Be consistent with something! 1 minute of exercise - awesome, 1 vegetable - great...whatever it is, pick it and do it each and every day.
Today pick a habit that you want to start, we don't have to wait for the New Year! And whatever you pick, I want you to chop it down. 5 minutes of walking/day..start with 1-2 minutes. Pick something so small that it would be ridiculous if you don't do it each day. Once you get it down each day (or most days - no on is perfecct) then add more and more.
